Hello new followers. :) Question for all of you!
What’s your workout regimen? How many calories do you typically burn? I normally do an hour exact - half hour or weights and machines, half an hour of cardio. On Tuesdays I do a cardio fusion [step] class, and Fridays I do an hour and a half yoga class. I burn anywhere from 500-1,000 calories depending on if it’s a regular workout day or a class day. What about you?

Went to the gym at four, just got back.
To put it in perspective, the walk to the gym and back takes a grand total of a minute. My friend and I did a full hour workout, weight machines and all, and then did an hour cardio fusion class I can’t tell if it was discouraging or motivating that I was thefattest girl in the glass ad had to keep stopping for a second to drink water. Calories consumed: 400 Calories burned: 1000+
