QuestionI have one of those pans! But I've never used it.. What do you do with it?? Answer

Cake! They’re great god making layer cakes, etcetera. That’s also how you make ice cream cake - crust on the bottom of the pan, a spreading of melted chocolate over the crust, and then once the ice cream is churned you put it on top of the crust and freeze the whole thing. When it’s frozen, you run a knife around the edges and remove the outside of the cake pan
