Questioni binged like helllll yesterday, like 2,000 calories.. 1,000 of chocolate, ice cream, and caramel.... and i dont wanna strave today. what do you suggest i eat for dinner. ? Answer

Raw vegetables. A big, gigantic pile of green, alive food. You’re going to feel so much cleaner. Never feel like you need to starve yourself to recover from a binge - besides, your body will be like “What the fuck do I even do now?”

All you have to do is a eat veggie-packed salad, take a deep breath, and forgive yourself. 

I’ve never binged myself, but I know a lot of blogs will suggest to people that do occasionally binge that the way to avoid them is to not deny yourself indulgent food constantly. What I mean is, if you’re craving a cookie one day but you’re trying to lose weight, fuck it - go to Whole Foods, buy one cookie, and stay on the elliptical for ten extra minutes. It’s no big deal! <3
